There are two means I know of how you might spot a Limiting Belief:

1) Make a statement about something you want to acquire or be, e.g. "I am wealthy". Then listen strongly to the "self-talk" in your mind. What "does your mind state" just subsequent to that statement?

Does it say: "You will by no means have enough money!" or "Making money is not easy!" or "You are just not good enough"?

Ok, you have presently noticed few of your Limiting Beliefs!!

2) Make a statement regarding anything you desire to have or be. Then see any uncomfortable feeling in your body occur. For most humans this will be anywhere in your chest or stomach, but it may be somewhere in your body.

You now understand that there is a Limiting Belief about your statement (your wish).
